Existing patients: Refer a friend (or family member!) and you’ll be entered to win a free stay at Alyeska Resort when they start a weight loss program before March 26, 2021. Make sure they mention your name when they show up for their first appointment. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer! You will also get a $100 food credit for each person who starts.

Your odds of winning are determined by the amount of people that begin our program based on your referral. For example, if you refer four people and they all start the program, you’ll be entered four times. You will also get a $100 food credit for each person who starts.

If you are a new patient starting the program, your name will be entered once.

The contest runs until March 26, 2020 and the winner will be chosen shortly thereafter.

The winner will receive a $350 gift card that doesn’t expire and can be used towards Alyeska Resort room reservations, spa service, and other amenities.

The winner must sign a marketing consent in order to receive their travel prize. A copy of the consent form is available upon request.
