Existing patients: Refer a friend (or family member!) and you’ll be entered to win two free tickets to Hawaii when they start a weight loss program before February 1, 2020. Make sure they mention your name when they show up for their first appointment. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer — you’ll get two entries into the drawing for each referral!

Details

Your odds of winning are determined by the amount of people that begin our program based on your referral. For example, if you refer four people and they all start the program, you’ll be entered eight times.

If you are a new patient starting the program, your name will be entered once.

The contest runs until February 1, 2020 and the winner will be chosen on February 3, 2020.

The winner must book their tickets to Hawaii by May 1, 2020 and complete travel by January 30, 2021. Blackout dates may apply around holidays and peak travel.

The winner must sign a marketing consent in order to receive their travel prize. A copy of the consent form is available upon request.
