He graduated from George Washington University Medical School and was Assistant Professor of the Department of Medicine and Preventive Medicine at Washington University of Medicine. He has been practicing medicine in Alaska for over 30 years. | Dr. Whynot is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with interests in Bariatrics and Medical Informatics. He holds degrees from Boston College, Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nuclear Medicine, and the University of Massachusetts Medical Schools, and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston. He is a member of the American Bariatric Society and has practiced medicine in Boston and Hawaii for over 25 years. |

She is a Certified Lifestyle Counselor who has extensive training from various weight loss specialty centers across the country, including the Cooper Institute in Dallas. Originally from Seattle, and a graduate of University of Washington School of Business, Laurie moved permanently to Alaska in 1982. She has a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Alaska Pacific University. | Allen started with Alaska Premier Health in July 1998 as a Physician Assistant. He is originally from Birmingham, AL. Allen graduated from the Army Physician Assistant Program with honors and earned a bachelor's from the University of Oklahoma with honors. Allen then completed a master's in PA Studies at the University of Nebraska. He retired from the Army in 2001 and established his practice at Alaska Premier Health. |

He graduated from the University of Nebraska with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. | Kristina started with Alaska Premier Health in March 2009 as a Physician Assistant. She is originally from Kalamazoo, MI. Kristina graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine. She has practiced medicine in the Bush and other parts of rural Alaska with an emphasis in the areas of wellness, women's health, and psychiatry. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she was guiding wilderness trips in the Brooks Range, and researching fat and exercise metabolism in mammals for the University of Alaska Fairbanks. |

Sally started with Alaska Premier Health in January 1995 as a Nurse Practitioner. She was born in Anchorage and graduated from UAA with a bachelor's and a master's in Nursing. She has been a Red Cross CPR / First Aid Instructor for 21 years. She is also a Heart Association instructor and an instructor for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. | Becky began working at Alaska Premier Health in December of 2000 as a medical assistant and passed her Professional Coding Exam in March 2006. Becky was born and raised in Anchorage. She graduated from East High School and attended Western Oregon University. |

Tina started with Alaska Premier Health in November of 2006 as an Administrative Assistant. She is originally from Creswell, Oregon. Tina retired from active duty in the U.S. Air Force in 2005, where she worked in healthcare administration. She has an associate's degree in Instructional Technology from Air Force Community College. | Shelby started with Alaska Premier Health in May 2008 as a Medical Assistant. She is originally from Rhinelander, WI. She graduated from Western Wisconsin College with an associate's degree in Applied Science specializing in Fire Science. Her experience includes working as a firefighter/EMT for the Forest Service. Shelby is also a Combat Medic in the Army National Guard. |

She is currently a member of the Alaska Army National Guard, serving as a combat medic and retains an EMT-B certification. | Janelle began working at Alaska Premier Health in April 2010 as an Administrative Assistant. Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Janelle moved to Alaska in 2008. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. |
