For some patients, none of our usual starting diet plans is a good fit in their lives. Perhaps you want to be on a snacking diet during the day and count calories for an evening meal with your family. Or you want to lose weight quickly, but want to have a salad at lunch time. Our health care providers can work with you to come up with a hybrid diet that will both meet your needs and still produce the weight loss you desire. The pace of your weight loss will depend upon your total daily calorie intake in your plan.
